Installation Pro for Android
Installation Pro for Android was developed for window installation teams to modernise a time-consuming, complex installation process. This implementation focused on making installation information accessible and connecting installers’ tasks with NFC-based product tracking.
The Android delivery covered a six-month development period, with enhancement and support included in the project.
Purpose
The starting point was an installation workflow that took too long and was difficult to manage. PANFISH’s Android work focused on giving teams a simpler way to access installation information and carry out their tasks on Android devices.
The aim was to make the workflow easier to use while improving visibility into installation activity.

Solution
PANFISH developed the Android edition of Installation Pro around the needs of window installation teams. NFC technology connected products with the installation workflow, supporting product connectivity and tracking.
The application brought together task management, real-time navigation and a rapid completion feature. Monitoring provided visibility into progress so teams could make timely adjustments while installation work was under way.
